The system arrived and was delivered directly to my front door. Upon opening the packaging all the components were there as pictured. I was very surprised on how well the system performed once we put it up. This system is very sturdy, you can’t match the quality. As far as installation goes. We called five different installers and they all wanted around $700 except for one that wanted $450 up front. So my wife and I as well as two kids under 12 ended up doing the work ourselves. We bought the recommended amount of concrete, dug the hole, and rented a duct jack and installed it ourselves. The most difficult part of the install was the backboard which is where the jack came into play. All of this including rental equipment cost us only $180. The system is easier to install than you’d think. Overall the system looks and works GREAT.

The best purchase we have made. Experience was excellent even with the back order wait time. Called to get info on mounting kit. Was able to source items locally and dug hole before hoop arrived. Don’t think a couple of bags of concrete will hold this hoop. It is legit heavy duty and requires 25 plus bags to hold it up. Customer service was excellent. No buyers remorse here. All smiles from my family. Daughter plays college basketball, son is 16 years old and 6”6. Hoop gets a workout and is rock steady. It was an investment that we are very pleased with. Would do it again without hesitation. Great experience!

I bought this for me mostly because i love playing basketball. Since i moved into my new house this was one of the first things i wanted to do, it wasn't hard choosing megaslam because my brother already has one and we have a great time playing over his house. i have two small kids and they absolutely love it!! i am 210lb man and i can hang all over the rim and it does not budge!! This is by far the best rim i have played on!!
