Megaslam

The moment I opened the box and observed the parts, I knew this was a solid product! Everything felt so well manufactured. Installation wasn't overly complex. Aside from the backboard, I was able to do the rest myself. Digging a 4' deep 18" x 18" square hole into the clay soil in my back yard was the biggest pain of the installation. The rest was a cinch -- including pouring 17 bags of concrete to fill that hole. It looks fantastic in my back yard and plays just like the ones at the gym (except it's a 60" backboard instead of the 72" backboards at the gym). I thought I'd regret not getting the 72" but honestly, the 60" backboard has been fine for my 31" x 31" backyard court.

I performed a lot of research and determined the Mega Slam was the highest quality system out there and the price was very similar to lower quality systems. It seems to be very well built and it didn't take nearly as long to install the system as I anticipated. Everything about this system is well done, thick steel, good clean welds, heavy duty hardware, high quality backboard, and safety padding. The height adjustment is really easy, my kids move it to different heights all of the time. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this system.

We just installed our MegaSlam 72 adjustable hoop in our Cul-de-sac. All our neighbors including those in other cul-de-sacs are now coming over to play on our hoop. That's exactly what we were hoping for. We love having the kids out front playing and this hoop is rock solid. Looks amazing and plays like a professional hoop.
