Megaslam

I found Mega Slam while doing research on Basketball Systems. After going through about one dozen different basketball systems, it was obvious who the clear winner was. The entire product is extremely well made and all the finishes are clean. The 180 Pro Rim is excellent and both of my boys are having a blast dunking. I used Garden State Assembly to do the installation and I couldn't be happier with their work. They made the assembly seem easy and cleaned up after themselves. I high recommend Mega Slam Basketball Systems.

This is a fantastic basketball hoop system. I am a mechanical engineer and I find that this is a well engineered and well manufactured system. It installed exactly as described in the manual. It goes up and down with ease. The steel components are of more than adequate thickness and strength. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a serious, high quality, hoop.

This hoop is solid, extremely solid. Like the website says, it will definitely take some time to dig the hole and fill it with the proper amount of concrete. Doing that part correctly is important and no shortcuts should be had. After patiently waiting a few days for it to cure, we set our new hoop upright and we couldn’t be happier with the ease of installation and the final appearance. This hoop is as solid as any commercial grade unit you’d see on a playground or at a school but aesthetically it looks even better than those and especially great on our home driveway. Biggest tip on a purchase? Plan your attack. Have help available to dig, mix, and mount at each step. We have a sub-compact tractor that made certain steps easier, such as receiving the pallet at initial delivery, but a lot of the final mounting takes finess with the bolts that need to be lined up. You have to be patient with each step and in the end you’ll be very pleased with the result. Looking forward to years of one on one, dunk contests, and pick up games.
