Megaslam

Replaced a lifetime in-ground hoop that rusted out and failed after 13 years. This thing is a beast. We love the solid feel of the backboard and rim. It's an excellent product.

Everyone in the neighborhood asks me if its a professional system they all love it. Mega Slam systems are top notch heavy duty professional grade you can't go wrong with this. I looked at goalrilla and Goliath. They don't compare to this system. They are all about the same price too!!

I researched other systems before purchasing MegaSlam and became convinced of the high quality of this brand after viewing online videos featuring side by side comparisons. What they say is all true. The weight, rigidity, and solid backboard response is outstanding. The wide range of basket height and the backboard cutout mounting for the hoop make it perfect for my 12 year old grandson. He can jam it and hang on the rim like an NBA superstar. (This thing has become a magnet for him and his friends where they now congregate every day and every night since I lit the drive with flood lights.) My neighbor and his 4 year old daughter can also come over and play since the rim lowers to 5 feet. This thing is as solid as a rock and built like a tank. My only warning is that installation, while very straight forward, requires a 20"x20"x 4' deep hole to be dug (hire it done or get help) and the installation instructions recommend four men to install the backboard. Take this recommendation seriously. Get four healthy, stout men; the backboard weighs a ton. I started to install mine on the day our drive was poured so I didn't have to deal with the concrete issues. Take note that after pouring the concrete you must wait at least 3 full days before erecting the system itself. All in all, THIS IS THE SYSTEM YOU WANT!
