This works great for our campus since we are limited for large open spaces The netting provides protection so the balls rebound easily and the our scholars really like using the basketball court It has been up for over 2 years in the weather and still looks great and functions as new Easy to maintain

The net protect works very well from shooting straight on and at slight angles. A steeper angle will still have you chasing airballs. I'm 100% glad I bought it. For A middle aged man such as myself it allows me to play more freely by myself. Before I could only play with the kids because they would be the ball chasers. Now I can practice my shots and not have to worry about getting my ball 100 yards away. I have a large property and the net keeps most of the balls I shoot within easy reach. I would get this net if you have a large area behind the hoop, if you have any kind of hill or if you have a cranky neighbor. One way Mega Slams can improve the net is to have angle shot stops, but who knows maybe they had them and they were litigation problems. I mean this company is very good and they probably thought of everything. Oh, after thought, I would take them down during winter in tough northern climates so the net can last longer. Good thing the net is easy to remove and attach.
